"Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action."Dear Blog Friends,
What an exhilarating journey I've been on the past few days! What started out as one of my 3 a.m. light bulbs of inspiration turned into interviewing several super talented and fun clients, magazine interviewees, and friends about how they set GORGEOUS GOALS to achieve their awesome successes and help others along the way.
There's a quote I love by John Ruskin: "When love and skill work together, expect a masterpiece." It's true and these awesome people below are creating their own masterpieces, each in their own way. I know they will inspire you to get going and set some GORGEOUS GOALS for your own life too!
Meet Them:
Scott Wagner, SoCal's highly sought after visionary and award winning organic chef who's on a mission to heal our planet, has cooked for celebrities, and donates generously to charity. He was one of my recent magazine feature article interviewees:

Ruth Welter: A talented and prolific artist who followed her heart to become a painter, took her business online, within a short time was selling her work internationally, and is getting mentioned in books and magazines. She's been a client of mine for a year or so.

Michael Levison: Award winning San Diego realtor who sells homes with passion and integrity, and whose firm is rated #27 worldwide out of 68,000 Prudential agents. Michael sold my condo last year and made it look easy. It wasn't. He's now one of my magazine interview experts and he always graciously congratulates me when I mention my business successes.

Paris Love: A talented professional organizer who's organized the homes and offices of influential entrepreneurs and executives across America and who was nominated for the Tom Joyner Hardest Working Award to honor exemplary people. She hired me to consult with her about a year ago.

Vern & Ellie Bonner: A retired professor and mentor teacher who came from poor families but went on to educate their two gifted sons, travel to 27 countries and almost every state in the U.S., retire at age 60 to spend time with their grandchildren, and live without financial worry for the future. They are personal friends we met through church.

Since I'm a big goal setter too, I also blogged for you about how I've used my GORGEOUS GOALS & GREEN PARKS method in my own personal and business life to rise above long term disabling chronic illness, put myself through college, acquire 17 new writing and consulting clients in just over a year this past year while getting my writing published in national magazines and books, and build a loving relationship with my college sweetheart for over 28 years.

I'm off now to write several articles for my great new magazine client, Nebraska Wedding Day magazine and I leave you with these words of inspiration:
“It takes a lot of courage to show someone else your dreams.”--Erma Bombeck, Writer
"All life is a chance. The person who goes farthest is the one who is willing to do and dare."
-- Dale Carnegie, Writer
"Miracles sometimes occur, but one has to work terribly hard for them."
-- Chaim Weizmann, Chemist
"It’s not who you think you are that hold you back, it’s who you think you’re not." -- Unknown
Thanks to all of you for sharing your inspiring stories!
Much love to you!
